The GVH Application Process

We are thrilled that you are ready to complete an application for residency. Simply fill in the information below, letting us know your preferred method of contact, and click SUBMIT. We will have our community manager for that property reach out to you promptly with instructions on completing and submitting the application for processing. Fair Housing rules and guidelines are strictly followed when processing your application and rendering a decision. In that regard, we do require a copy of your social security card (or other acceptable verification of social security number), a copy of your photo ID, and a copy of your last 3 paystubs proving income and ability to pay rent, along with a $20.00 per adult applicant fee.
